Swedish post-punks Love Is All will be releasing their third album this spring. The band recently signed to Polyvinyl (Of Montreal, Japandroids) and will put out Two Thousand and Ten Injuries on March 23rd. The album is being described as “an eclectic collection of pop gems, anchored by New Wave and punk rock rhythms that don’t ever let up.” So more of the same… yes!
According to Sound Cloud, The Knife are set to debut some new songs any day now. The site’s Twitter page reads: “Join us and welcome The Knife to SoundCloud! They’ll post new material in the coming days.” Just a reminder: it’s been four years since they released Silent Shout. Yeah, about time!
Nada Surf will return after three years with a new covers album. If I Had A Hi-Fi contains 12 songs by the likes of Kate Bush, Depeche Mode, The Go-Betweens and Dwight Tilley. The band will also hit the road for a world tour beginning on March 25th.
Hey, Pavement have announced the release of a best-of collection on March 9th. Quarantine The Past: The Best Of Pavement will be a 23-track remastered collection spanning the band’s 10-year career. Those 23 tracks, however, have not been revealed and Matador would like fans to guess them in their Guess The Track Listing Contest. Click here for more details.
Woodsist labelmates Real Estate and Woods will hop in a van together this spring for a North American tour. The 12-date jaunt includes two Canadian dates: Montreal’s Club Lambi on March 13th and Toronto’s Horseshoe Tavern on March 14th.

Awesome, really looking forward to the new Knife album. Their cover of ‘Heartbeats’ was amazing. There’s some more info about the new album and a new track to download/stream here http://bit.ly/7fbec7
